Seeking Volunteer Tandem Pilots for Club Charity

Fancy trying tandem cycling and helping someone enjoy the ride?

Banbridge CC’s chosen charity of the year for 2025, Lisburn Outlook, supports visually impaired cyclists, and we’re looking for a few friendly volunteers to join with them and help out.

Tandem rides take place on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings, pairing sighted cyclists with visually impaired riders — it’s social, great fun, and makes a real difference.

We’re planning a relaxed “come and try” tandem spin so you can hop on, see what it’s like, and decide if you’d like to help out — even once or twice a month is amazing. The more volunteers available, the easier it is for everyone.
